Information we collect

When you submit our contact or “Fit Call” form, we collect the information you provide — including your name, work email, phone number, agency name, agency URL, and your answers to our qualifying questions.

We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This information is collected through your browser's request headers and standard server logs.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct calls, and provide the services you request. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent, Flux Integrated Marketing may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including booking links and follow-ups. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate — for example, our CRM and lead-management platform (GoHighLevel), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our website hosting (Vercel), and our email and SMS providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform services for us. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we instruct.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flux, our clients, or others.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and for legitimate business and legal purposes (including tax, audit, and dispute-resolution requirements), after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
